Privacy notice
How we handle information
Compliance work depends on trust. This notice sets out what we collect, why we hold it, and how confidentiality is maintained across enquiries and engagements.
Scope of this notice
This notice explains how International Public Health Compliance handles information provided to us through this website, through enquiries, and in the course of audit, advisory and training engagements.
It applies to prospective clients, clients, and individuals whose information reaches us as part of an engagement.
Information we collect
Enquiry information you choose to submit: name, organisation, contact details, and the details of your enquiry.
Engagement information: operational documentation, inspection records, findings and correspondence necessary to deliver the agreed scope of work.
How information is used
To respond to enquiries and scope potential engagements.
To deliver, document and report on audits, advisory work and training.
To meet the record-keeping expectations that apply to compliance work.
Confidentiality
Findings, documentation and operational detail obtained during an engagement are treated as confidential to the client and are not disclosed to third parties except where the client instructs us to do so, or where disclosure is required by law.
Reference to previous work in marketing or capability material is made only in general terms unless the client agrees otherwise in writing.
Retention
Engagement records are retained for as long as necessary to support the work delivered and any subsequent verification, then securely disposed of.
Enquiry information that does not lead to an engagement is retained only for the period needed to conclude the correspondence.
Your requests
You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Requests can be made through the enquiry form on this website.
